The singer, who of course alluded to some of the difficult personal things she's experiencing now, spoke about music, life, equality, and love in accepting her award.
It was an emotional night, with an emotional speech - and a wonderful intro by her friend and fellow singer Wrabel - as Kesha was recognized for advocating for the LGBT movement.
