Blinky,Nutsy and Flap fleeing circus brother meet fashion designer Phoebe. That Binky manipulates and make him a fashion star. Nutsy and Flap decide to go home without him. The Circus Bros. abduct Nutsy and Flap and Blinky realising how selfish Phoebe is, leaves her and rescues his friends.
