Enrile, Belmonte urged to talk to Aquino on Charter Change

House majority leader Neptali Gonzales II on Monday urged Speaker Feliciano Belmonte Jr. and Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile to speak to President Benigno Aquino III about amending the 1987 Constitution before the third State of the Nation Address (SONA).
