Footage shows a rare February thunderstorm hitting Frederick, Maryland on Wednesday.
The filmer explained online: "A strong low pressure system moved from Texas to the Mid-Atlantic, producing tornadoes from Louisiana to Virginia.
"Blizzard conditions on the west side of the storm in Michigan, Illinois, and Indiana. In the Washington DC metro area, the line of severe storms produced flooding rain and intense lightning."
