Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta: A Theory about Vegeta Turning Super Saiyan 3; Will he in DB Super?

Many fans believe Vegeta never unlocked Super Saiyan 3 and thus, we never saw Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta. But we DID see Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan Vegeta as well as a powered up SSJ2 when he fought Beerus. So today I present a THEORY about Vegeta using SSJ3 and the strength of his SSJ2 form and many of you may NOT agree with me about it, but I DO believe Vegeta DID unlock SSJ3 but chose not to use it.
