Rise of the Tomb Raider GTS 450 1080p

Rise of the Tomb Raider gameplay and performance test on 6 years old ge force gts 450 card at custom settings at 1920x1080p resolution. I have 22-25 fps without recording keep in mind that bandicam is taking a few more fps. Game is using 99 percent of gpu core and 1015mb vram. Even if i reduce textures,tesselation and everything to lowest i dont gain nothing just 1 fps more. I am playing this game on Windows 10 Pro x64
