Saint Lucians React to Leader's Address as the Country Gears for Election

Saint Lucia's Prime Minister delivered ON THE LAST MONDAY OF JANUARY his much anticipated New Year's Address. The annual address includes information on the state of the economy, employment figures, energy and security. Citizens are weighing in on what many believe WAS his last address before general elections. Our correspondent in Saint Lucia, Alison Kentish has more in this report.
