His super power?
An Ace of Clubs with a fourth leaf is banished from the Kingdom of Games because of his anomaly. He decides to try his chances in the Real World, where four leaf clovers are considered lucky… and becomes Lucky Man. Capital City's population is plagued with an epidemic of bad luck. He's the only one spared. His unnatural good luck protects him, even from Biceps' assaults…
His aim?
He wants to become rich and powerful, and ruin the State and the President by winning every game that exists.
The story?
Lucky Man pillages the state's resources by systematically winning in the casinos, and Biceps can't do anything to stop him. Plagued with bad luck, Biceps is disfigured by flowerpots and even pianos falling on his head. He decides to add a fifth leaf to the Ace's four leaf clover: and the plan works! Unlucky Man loses everything he won and is beset with unnaturally bad luck. Yet, although Biceps succeeded his mission, the President is not happy. Now Capital City is enjoying an epidemic of GOOD luck! Everybody's winning lotteries, and state funds are disappearing fast.
