Ivory Coast's former president Laurent Gbagbo pleads not guilty at the International Criminal Court in The Hague to crimes against humanity. They relate to the post-electoral violence committed in 2010 after Gbagbo refused to recognise a UN-sanctioned election defeat to current president Alassane Ouattara. Absent are any of those accused of atrocities on the winning side, including former warlords who have since been integrated into the armed forces. So is this victor's justice?
