The Indian Telly Awards took place at Chitrkoot ground Andheri, Mumbai. All the stalwarts from TV industry were seen enjoying the awards function. Bollywood Director Anurag Basu also graced the event with his presence. ITA seek to celebrate excellence both on-screen and behind-the-scenes of television. Conceptualised and created by Anil Wanvari, the founder, CEO of leading media and television information services and other services group "Indiantelevision.com. The Indian Telly Awards started in the year 2001 and this was the 12th award function in the series.
