ICC trial: Uganda's war victims seek justice

The first of five former commanders from a rebel army from Uganda is due to appear at the International Criminal Court.

Judges will decide whether there's enough evidence for Dominic Ongwen of the Lords Resistance Army to stand trial for war crimes.
