Today, we will be taking a look at Injustice: Gods Among Us for the iPad. • In a game like this, where there are plenty of ways to build your team for fighting, it’s hard to figure out the best way on your own; however, you don’t have to thanks to me. After playing for a while, I have figured out a good strategy for building a strong team. • Regardless how you attempt to build a team, your first objective should be to get a “Gold” character on your team since they are the strongest fighters in the game. With one look, you can see that the “Gold” characters are ridiculously expensive which makes it seem impossible that you could ever afford enough to build a whole team of them. • Don’t fear. Every day you are able to buy a “Gold” booster pack on discount for 75,000 as opposed to the usual 100,000 “Power Credits”. While this may seem like a lot in the beginning, as you progress in the game, you will realize this isn’t as big an amount as you thought. • The only disadvantage to getting this booster packs is that you have no way of knowing who you are going to get. It could be a character that you want or it could be a character you hate. While this may stick you with characters you don’t like, you also get support cards that could be for any characters and could really help you out. • After you get your first “Gold” character, try to fall into a pattern that goes something like this. • First, you need to get a “Gold” character to your team. Next, unlock each of their specials as the character levels up. And then mainly repeat these until you have done it enough to get three “Gold” characters. • After you have gotten three “Gold” characters, use your “Power Credits” to get their support cards to increase their power, energy and experience. Finally, work on boosting their special moves to make your already strong “Gold” characters even more powerful than before. • Once you have powered up your team to super strong titans of battle, you can work on getting extras of those same characters to promote them. Along with that, you can use the addition “Gold” characters that you get to start on building up another team or two so that you can do more battles at once. • While this strategy is good for building an extremely strong team of “Gold” characters, there are times when you will need “Bronze” or “Silver” fighters such as in “Challenges”. Thus, you should also take advantage of some of the other booster packs or even single character purchases to build up strong teams on other levels. • Overall, you should slowly start to be able to build strong teams that you can use for a variety of battles if you follow this strategy. Just remember that “Bronze” and “Silver” characters aren’t necessities until you have built up a strong team of “Gold” fighters, but that they can end up being just as important.
