NY doctor ejaculates on woman’s face after doping her up with morphine, allegedly

NEW YORK — The accusations are horrifying and almost unbelievable. In a New York Daily News exclusive story, Dr. David Newman, described as a prominent doctor at New York’s Mount Sinai Hospital emergency care center, is accused of drugging a 22-year-old female patient and then ejaculating on her face.
The unidentified 22-year-old woman reportedly went to the emergency room at Mount Sinai on January 11, 2016 complaining of severe shoulder pain. She was taken to a private room in the ER and given pain medicine, including a shot of morphine.
The woman says she was told to change into a hospital gown before x-rays, but while she was still half-dressed and beginning to feel sluggish due to the effects of morphine, Dr. Newman came into the room and told her she required a shot of morphine.
The woman admits her recollection is hazy due to the effects of the medication, but says she remembers clearly telling the doctor she had already been administered a dose of morphine. He allegedly gave her a second shot anyway.
As the effects of the second shot of morphine kicked in, the woman says she recalls the doctor fondling her breasts. Moving in and out of clarity due to the narcotics, the woman says she observed Dr. Newman turn away from her after which she heard the sounds of a person masturbating.
Shortly afterwards, she claims the doctor ejaculated on her face. The alleged victim says hospital staff later found her in a half-catatonic state and began assisting her as she began to clearly recall the sexual assault. The woman says she turned over semen stained garments to police as evidence.
Dr. Newman, a 45-year-old Iraq war veteran, was banned by the hospital from seeing patients until an investigation is complete, while the New York Daily News reports the New York Police Department says Newman is “wanted for questioning” over the alleged assault. Reporters who visited Newman’s home on Wednesday were told he was unavailable. Newman’s current whereabouts are unknown.
