The 2017 Dynafit Carbonio ski is a super lightweight touring ski with an 88mm waist weighing in at just over 1 kilo. Clearly a winner on the ascent, the Dynafit Carbonio 88 employs 3D construction and a reinforcing carbon layer across the entire width of the ski to provide stiffness and responsiveness in steep and icy conditions. Full-length, micro-sidewall construction drives power to the edges and Dynafit's Dual Radius Construction uses a larger 17.2m radius at the tip and a smaller 16.5m radius at the tail to provide easy turn initiation and exit. Light rocker construction at the tip and tail provide float and also make carving turns easier. Available in September 2016 in four lengths (158cm, 167cm, 176cm and 184cm) the Dynafit Carbonio 88 is a great backcountry ski for expert skiers looking for a way to add speed on the ascent while sacrificing as little as possible on the descent
