Lucky escape for little girl

Amazing CCTV footage has emerged from China of a little girl narrowly avoiding being hit by falling steel plates as she got out of a lift (elevator).

In the video, which was captured in Mianyang City earlier this month, the little girl jumps out of the open doors moments before two steel plates come crashing down into the lift.

According to local reports each of the metal plates weighed 5 kilos.
