Green Screen Tips - Angle Your Background Lights! - Gold Media

In this video we'll discuss something you may never have been taught, but we've learned over many years of experience. When lighting the background, it's best to angle your lights so the light doesn't bounce off of your backdrop and onto your subject. If even a little of the light does this, you are going to have a difficult time cutting your subject out of the background. Make it easier on yourself - "rake" the light against your backdrop.
