Artists shouldn't struggle for a living; they should have state support

The other artists are perfect too but they always remain in the background.  It is not right to make them struggle for a living. Artists shouldn't have to deal with stress. Pay them three or five thousand lira every month through state funds, give them state medals. If they want they can also make  money themselves, fine, but let them have a guaranteed income, so that they have no worries in their minds. Isn’t it? For instance, there is public housing. There can be a neighborhood for artists, a place where they live. Let them stay there, let them live there, or let them rent these houses, if they want. But having such struggles would tire them out.
