Giant python thought to be unusually old found on Chinese construction site

Footage of a giant python discovered by construction workers in China that measured nearly four metres long and is thought to be aged older than pythons usually live to.

In the video, filmed in Chuxiong, Yunnan Province last Thursday, the authorities can be seen carrying and measuring the massive snake.

According to local reports, the Forest Police chose a suitable environment for the animal and another snake found in the same area, and released them both into the wild.
