serves 4
ingredients:

2 fillets of herring
3-4 potatoes
500g mayonnaise
2-3 onions
4 beetroots
dill
parsley
2 carrots
3 eggs
salt
pepper

Grate 4 boiled potatoes
then two carrots
grate four boiled beetroots
slice two herring fillets
cut three boiled eggs
dice a white and a red onion
lay the beetroot down first
then carrot
boiled potato
herring
diced onion
boiled potato
and finally beetroot
decorate the top
garnish with parsley and dill
