As Mauricio Macri takes over in Argentina we take a look at where this will leave the Latin American "pink tide", the shift to the left for many countries that followed Hugo Chavez's victory in 1999. In Venezuela, the opposition won a landslide victory in Sunday's legislative election. The new congress will be able to implement laws even President Nicolas Maduro rejects, making control of the Supreme Court key. But can the opposition deliver on their promise to restore the legislature's potency?
