Colombia: Victims Charge Gov't With Inaction on Paramilitaries

As part of the current round of Colombian peace talks underway in Havana, the FARC has expressed its security concerns related to the persistence of paramilitary activity. Victims of right-wing paramilitary forces and social organizations and activists charge that the government has failed to take action against such groups. In fact, there has been a resurgence of such activity and 14 different paramilitary forces are reported to be present in 330 municipalities. Natalia Margarita reports from Bogota. teleSUR
