Aksi rrugor Gjirokastër- Tepelene eshte bllokuar gjate oreve te nates, por edhe mengjesit te se shtunes, si pasoje e rrëshqitjes se dherave.
Ne vendin e quajtur Shkalla e Zeze, si pasoje e reshjeve te shiut nje masiv dheu ka sjelle probleme ne lëvizjen e automjeteve ne kete rruge nacionale, duke bere qe aksi te bllokohej ne njeren ane. Vetem pas nje ore, me ndërhyrjen e policise dhe Drejtorisë se Rrugeve me mjete per largimin e dherave te derdhura, eshte bere i mundur normalizimi i lëvizjes. Dherat ne kete zone shkëputen nga nje koder ngjitur me rrugën dhe shtrirja e shkëputjes se tyre nis 100 metra mbi rrugen nacionale. Formacionet gjeologjike te paqëndrueshme te zonës kane bere qe pas reshjeve te shumta, masive dheu te shkëputen duke bllokuar qarkullimin rrugor. Vetem nje muaj me pare dherat bllokuan rrugen per mbi 8 ore.
