Ndërsa krebashkiaku Gjika deklaroi se pushteti vendor është gjithmonë e me shume ne vështirësi nga pengesat e qeverise. Klubi i profesionisteve te rinj është një strukture e re e PS, e ideuar nga kreu i saj Edi Rama ne filozofi te te cilit qëndron ngritja e kapaciteteve profesionale ne shërbim te perspektives se administratës publike.
