Shkollat e qyteteve juglindore te Ersekës dhe Maliqit këtë dimër nuk do te kenë ngrohje, pastrim dhe as investime për ambientet. Varrezat kane mbetur pa mirëmbajtje, e po ashtu kanalizimet dhe çdo shërbim tjetër i këtyre njësive vendore.
