3 ish te përndjekur politike kane hedhur miell ne makinën e kryeministrit Sali Berisha. Incidenti ndodhi rreth orës 11:15 minuta, ne hyrje te sallës se kuvendit ku po mbahej seanca plenare e radhës. Shefi i qeverise ishte duke hyre ne salle, ndërsa kthehej nga një aktivitet tjetër. Pikërisht ne ketë vend, 3 te përndjekurit Gjergj Ndreca, Agim Kollcaku dhe Skënder Tufa kane hedhur miell mbi automjetin e Berishës. Ata i shpëtuan syrit te rojeve te gardës ne momentin e sulmit, por u ndaluan menjëherë me pas duke u shoqëruar ne komisariatin numër 1. Kryeministri Berisha qëndroi vetëm 10 minuta ne seance, ku replikoi me opozitën për ndërtimin e akseve rrugore te jugut te vendit. Por ai nuk tha asnjë fjale për incidentin. Ndërsa Erion Brace ironizoi me këtë incident ndaj kryeministrit, duke kërkuar te paktën te mos rritet çmimi i miellit, qe u përdor për te goditur makinën e Berishës. Ky është rasti i trete ku një i përndjekur sulmon zyrtare te larte. Pak muaj me pare ai qëlloi me grusht deputetin demokrat Ilir Rusmali dhe avokatin Agim Tirana.
