Komisioni i ekonomisë ka përcjellë me debat drafitn për miratimin e huas prej 18 milon eurosh që qeveria shqiptare do t'i marrë bankës europiane për rindërtim dhe zhvillim për përfundimin e rrugës Levan-Vlorë. Por diskutimi lidhur me cilësinë e rrugës ka shkaktuar përplasje edhe mes përfaqësuesve të qeverisë, ku nëndrejtori i rrugëve ka kundërshtuar zv/ministrin e transporteve kur ky i fundit pranoi se cilësia e me të cilën po ndërtohet kjo rrugë është e dobët. Ndërkohë që deputeti socialist Braçe duke treguar një raport të kontrollit të lartë të shtetit të datuar që në 2008-ën kërkoi sqarime për mangësitë që ka patur projekti i rrugës, ku sipas tij rruga fillimisht ishte llogaritur pa stabilizator gjë e cila do të sillte shumë shpejt degradimin e saj. Opozita nuk e ka miratuar draftin edhe në komisionin e ekonomisë. Sipas deputetëve të saj ky aks rrugor hedh dyshime të forta për afera korruptive dhe shkelje të ligjeve.
