Bashkim i Shqipërisë dhe Kosovës përpara anëtarësimit ne Bashkimin Evropian. Ky është propozimi qe vjen nga Aleanca Kuq e Zi ne prag te kongresit te saj, ku do te parashtrohen rrugët për këtë çështje. Por sipas kreut te aleancës, Kreshnik Spahiu, ky bashkim nuk mund te arrihet me liderët politike aktuale e aq me tepër ne këtë fryme urrejtjeje e lufte te ftohte mes palëve. Sipas spahiut faza e pare për Shqipërinë e madhe është ndryshimi dhe përputhja e legjislacioneve te dy vendeve dhe rritja e tregtisë dhe bashkëpunimit ekonomik mes tyre. Gjithashtu kreu i Aleancës Kuq e Zi hodhi idenë e një censusi te ri, me shifra dhe fakte reale për pakicat, e çdo te dhëne tjetër për shqiptaret ne Shqipëri dhe jashtë saj.
