Parlamenti u përfshi ne debate te ashpra, gjate interpelancës se kërkuar nga deputeti Erion Braçe me ministrin e drejtësisë Eduard Halimi, për hipotekimin e shitjes se tokave bregdetare ne rruge klienteliste. Deputeti i majte denoncoi shitjen e tokës ne Kakome me një vlere tepër te ulet, për ndërtimin e një fshati turistik. Por pasi informoi mbi procesin e regjistrimit te fshatrave ne zyrën e hipotekës, ministri i drejtësisë tha se vlera e shitjes ishte e caktuar nga një ligj i miratuar ne kohen e qeverisjes se socialisteve. Erion Braçe tha se përfitues nga ligji i qeverise janë ministra e familjare te kryeministrit, ndërsa ministri Halimi replikoi se janë te paktën 6 deputete te majte qe kane përfituar leje për fshatra turistike ne vitet 2001 - 2005. Kuvendi miratoi vetëm me votat e mazhorances raportin e veprimtarisë se entit rregullator te energjisë, ndërsa opozita ishte kundër. Te majtët thane se sistemi energjetik po shkon drejt falimentimit. Ndërsa deputeti Taulant Balla u shpreh se Kryeministri Berisha apo zyrtare te larte qeveritare nuk paguajnë faturat e energjisë elektrike. Duke folur ne emër te shumicës, Jemin Gjana tha se ne kohen kur qeverisnin te majtët mungesa e dritave, ishte një fenomen normal.
