Një dite pasi Kontrolli i Larte i Shtetit publikoi fakte skandaloze te abuzimeve ne fushën e koncesioneve, me një dem prej 1.8 miliard leke, Ministria e Ekonomisë e ka kaluar me një reagim te vaket përgjegjësinë e institucionit për këtë situate. Ne një njoftim për shtyp, Ministria sqaron se ka nisur procedurat për shkarkimin nga detyra te Drejtorit te Agjencisë se Trajtimit te Koncesioneve, Shkëlqim Kerluku. Sipas Ministrisë, ai mban përgjegjësi për mos arkëtimin e tarifave ndaj koncesioneve. Por i kontaktuar nga "Vizion Plus", Shkëlqim Kerluku thotë se ende nuk është njoftuar zyrtarisht për këtë procedure, pasi ndodhet jashtë Shqipërisë. Ndërkaq, mësohet se tre janë drejtoret kryesore qe KLSH i ka dërguar për ndjekje penale dhe te tre ata rezultojnë aktiviste te Partisë Lëvizja Socialiste për Integrim. Por paralelisht me këtë situate, ne Ministrinë e Ekonomisë prej disa javësh ka nisur një vale lëvizjesh, kryesisht ne nivel drejtoresh. Behet fjale për 7 vende te mbetura vakant, për te cilët departamenti i administratës publike ka nisur procedurat për zëvendësimin e tyre. Mes këtyre emrave ka edhe anëtare te Lëvizjes Socialiste për Integrim. Nuk dihet ende nëse kontrolli i KLSH, i nisur dhe i përfunduar ne harkun kohor te dy javëve, si dhe ndryshimet ne disa poste drejtuese te Ministrisë se Ekonomisë, janë pjese e luftës kundër korrupsionit apo kane sfond politik duke gjykuar situatën e re brenda koalicionit qeverisës, koalicion i vene ditët e fundit ne pikëpyetje me afrimin e garës presidenciale dhe me tej te zgjedhjeve te 2013-ës.
