Shkon drejt ndryshimit kodi zgjedhor. Firma e kryeministrit Sali Berisha, i është bashkuar atij te kryetarit të PS Edi Rama një ditë më parë, në firmosjen e deklaratës së partive të vogla parlamentare dhe jo parlamentare, që kërkojnë korrektim kombëtar i sistemit zgjedhor. Iniciuesi Paskal Milo, ka depozituar pranë kryesisë së kuvendit deklaratën me firmën e 26 partive. Milo ka përshëndetur mbështetjen e demokratëve, të cilët iu bashkuan nismës se te vegjëlve. Paskal Milo, shprehu bindjen se kjo mbështetje do te finalizohet ne komision e nuk do te mbetet vetëm ne formën e deklaratave mes PS dhe PD.
