Ndërsa reforma zgjedhore po shkon drejt fundit; duket se sistemi zgjedhor nuk do te ndryshoje. Pavarësisht deklaratave publike pro ndryshimit te sistemit, aleatet kryesore te PD, LSI dhe PR nuk do te bëjnë presion mbi qeverinë me mandatet qe ata kane ne kuvend, pasi sipas tyre qeverisja dhe reforma zgjedhore janë dy çështje te ndryshme.
Me te ashpër ne deklarata janë aleatet e PS te cilët sot nuk janë te përfaqësuar ne Kuvend; Gjinushi dhe Ndoka deklarojnë se Rama po bën te njëjtat gabime si ne vitin 2009. Ndërsa partitë e vogla flasin për korrigjimin e sistemit zgjedhor komisioni i reformës elektorale është drejt përfundimit te punës, pasi ka mbetur pa zgjidhur vetëm çështja e administrimit te zgjedhjeve dhe listave te votuesve.
