"Gërdeci" drejt Apelit - Vizion Plus - News - Lajme

Te gjithë sytë nga Gjykata e Apelit. Kështu mund te përkufizohet ajo qe pritet te ndodhe me te aktoret e tragjedisë se Gërdecit. Vizion Plus ka mësuar se jo vetëm Prokuroria, por edhe te akuzuarit e shpërthimit tragjik do ta apelojnë vendimin e Gjykatës se Shkalles se Pare. Te paktën 19 nga 29 te akuzuarit, për të cilët gjykata dha dënime nga 1 deri ne 18 vite burg, do t'i drejtohen Apelit për te kërkuar pafajësi. Nga ana tjetër, burime nga Prokuroria kane konfirmuar se janë duke përgatitur materialin për ankimimin qe pritet te dorëzohet ne sekretarinë gjyqësore ne fillim te javës se ardhshme. Krahas masave te dënimit dhe pafajësisë se dhënë për 9 te akuzuar, organi i akuzës do të ankimoje edhe rrëzimin nga Gjykata te akuzës së vrasjes për katër të pandehurit Mihal Delijorgji, Dritan Minxolli, Sokol Ngjeci dhe Ylli Pinari. Por ndonëse kane kaluar tre dite nga shpallja e vendimit, treshja gjykuese e kryesuar nga gjyqtari Ridvan Hado dhe anëtarët Fatmira Hajdari dhe Shefike Demiraj, nuk e kane dorëzuar ende te zbardhur arsyetimin e vendimit, gjë që do ti ndihmonte te dyja palët, te akuzuarit dhe Prokurorinë për të ndërtuar argumentet e apelimit apo te specifikojnë pjesët për të cilat pretendojnë rrëzimin. Të kontaktuar nga "Vizion Plus" gjyqtaret e çështjes kane konfirmuar se për shkak të materialit voluminoz, arsyetimi do te kërkojë edhe disa ditë kohe. Por pavarësisht kësaj, te pandehurit dhe Prokuroria do t'i drejtohen shkallës së dyte brenda afatit ligjor 10 ditor, me një ankimim provizor.
