Pas afro 15 ore diskutimesh e debatesh, Kuvendi i Shqipërisë ka miratuar vetëm me votat e mazhorances buxhetin për vitin 2012. E gjithë dita e premte, madje edhe orët e para te se shtunës janë mbizotëruar nga replika mes eksponentëve te opozitës dhe kryeministrit Berisha. Opozita prezantoi 8 kërkesa ne këmbim te votës se saj pro draftit, por ato nuk u pranuan nga shumica. Ne emër te grupit socialist, Mimi Kodheli ka akuzuar qeverise se me këtë buxhet thellon krizën ekonomike ne Shqipëri. Përkundër akuzave te opozitës, ministri i Financave Ritvan Bode tha se buxheti realist do te garantoje stabilitet financiar. Me herët, gjate diskutimeve nuk kane munguar akuzat e Berishës ndaj deputeteve te opozitës.
