Trafiku i renduar ne kryeqytet, por edhe ne disa qytete te mëdha ne vend, do te lehtësohet duke kufizuar qarkullimin e automjeteve ne dite te caktuara me targa çift ose tek.
Nisma u shpall nga kryeministri Berisha ne mbledhjen e qeverise, e motivuar me ndotjen e larte te ajrit ne Tirane. Kryeministri ka rrezuar gjithashtu draftin ligjor te propozuar nga opozita, për heqjen e TVSh për disa produkte jetësore. Zoti Berisha tha se lidershipi i majte kërkon te favorizoje biznese te caktuara qe importojnë mallra nga jashtë. Ne mbledhjen e qeverise u miratua edhe një ndryshimin ne ligjin për noterinë, qe kalon disa kompetenca për regjistrimin e pronës nga zyrat e hipotekës tek noteret, për te shkurtuar procedurat dhe kohen.
