Kryeministri Sali Berisha ka refuzuar edhe njëherë paketën prej 10 pikash te propozuar nga lideri i opozitës Rama.
Këtë here gjate mbledhjes se grupit parlamentar te PD-së, lideri i maxhorancës ka kaluar ne kundërsulm, duke akuzuar PS se nuk e ka ndryshuar kursin politik, pasi vazhdon te mos votoje ne parlament ligjet me shumice te cilësuar. Refuzimi me i forte i kryeministrit lidhet me çështjen e guvernatorit, kreut te KLSH dhe letrës drejtuar prokurores se përgjithshme. Për PD, te vetmet çështje te negociueshme janë reforma zgjedhore dhe rregullorja e parlamentit, kjo e fundit, jo sipas propozimeve te opozitës, por sipas modelit te Parlamentit Evropian. Pjesa me e madhe e mbledhjes se përjavshme te grupit parlamentar demokrat iu kushtua projektit te mbjelljes se ullinjve dhe arroreve, për te cilat madje zoti Berisha kërkoi mirëkuptimin e gazetarëve qe tu japin hapësirë.
