It's not very often you get the chance to build a set of dream mountain bike jumps overlooking a picturesque valley. So when Andrew Taylor and Niki Leitner were offered the chance to do exactly that they jumped at the opportunity. How did this all come about? Rewind one year, driving through the Austrian Wachau on their way to the Dolomites, Andrew and Niki stopped off to ride with local, Roland Kogler, and the idea was formed. Roland's good friend, Wolfgang Bauer's family owned a nice chunk of land which just so happened to overlooking the Wachau Valley, in Maria Taferl. What's more, they were more than happy to allow Andrew and Niki to construct whatever they want there! So with the help of professional builders and riders Clemens Kaudela and Patrick Leitner a dream line was sculpted and a perfect week of shredding was about to commence. A huge thanks has to go out to Roland and the Bauer family for helping make this dream come true!
