Venezuela: Electoral Fairs Give Voters a Chance to Try System

With bitterly fought Venezuelan legislative elections a month away, voters will have the chance to test the new computerized system at electoral fairs launched yesterday through the country. The fairs, with 7.5 million void ballots, will last until December 1, and will give the population the chance to become acquainted with the voting machines, authentication system, and electronic ballots.
