Venezuela: Opposition Won't Commit to Recognizing Election Results

Venezuela's right-wing opposition has refused to sign on to an agreement between the different parties to respect the results of the upcoming December 6 elections. The National Electoral Council has asked all the candidates running to sign the document as one of the guarantees to ensure that the elections run smoothly. teleSUR
