A third intifada? No end in sight to spiralling wave of violence

How to stop the spiral? The shooting death of a Palestinian who stabbed an Israeli in Jerusalem's Old City is just one of a string of stabbings this Monday. To stop the spiral of violence, you need leaders who are willing to talk and militants who are willing to take orders from above. It's looking instead like attacks are improvised and beyond the control of leaders unable to put a lid on the rage that is boiling over.
