Colombia: Peace Commissioner Says Uribe Loyalists Promote Terrorism

Followers of Alvaro Uribe, are fomenting fear and a new form of terrorism, said Colombian Peace Commissioner Roy Barreras in a congressional debate on the constitutional reforms that will be needed to implement a peace agreement. They include members of the Democratic Center party, founded by Uribe, which has not supported the peace process between the Colombian government and the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia (FARC). teleSUR
