Cuba: FARC Announces Plan for Peace and Reconciliation

As Colombian peace talks continue in Havana, the FARC presented a peace plan for reconciliation and an end to the armed conflict. Spokesperson Antonia Simon said that the aim is to ensure non-repetition and generate real conditions for a lasting peace.
