Stories from the American Depression by one who lived it

This video (shot in low frame rate "night mode" because my wife Tess is disabled with migraines and had to be in a low light situation) is my mother Dolores serving my wife a Depression era meal she'd just cooked of fried potatoes, apple sauce, and cottage cheese, and telling her the story of how they survived by living off things they grew- they made their own cottage cheese, apple sauce, clabbered milk, and used potatoes they grew and lard from their pigs. Very touching and telling oral history!
