Invited friends? Let’s cook a big chicken for our feast. As you know, chicken, is one of the most loved meats that can be prepared in different ways, this festival season, try out this incredible Big Baked Chicken recipe!

Ingredients to prepare Big Baked Chicken:

For the Masala/Stuffing of Chicken:
- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Raisins
- Cashews
- Onions
- Salt
- 1 1/2 tbsp Garlic
- Chillies
- Chicken Liver
- Chopped Chicken Sausages
- Pepper
- Bread Crumbs
- Parsley Leaves

Ingredients for Marinating:
- 1 Kg Chicken with Skin on
- Butter
- East Indian Bottle Masala
- Salt to taste
- 25 Gms Diced Butter

Ingredients for Topping on Baked Chicken:
- Chicken Bacon Strips
- Roughly Chopped Onions
- Roughly Chopped Carrots
- Olive Oil
- Rosemary
- Garlic

Ingredients for Preparing Sauteed Mushrooms:
- Olive Oil
- Butter
- Mushrooms
- Garlic

Ingredients for Gravy/Sauce:
- 1 Cup Red wine
- 1 Cup Chicken Stock
- 1 Tbsp All Purpose Flour

Ingredients for Garnishing:
- Fine chopped Parsley Leaves
