Food stamps cut! Program promoted overseas to foreigners, but Planned Parenthood still gets funded!

Congress cut food stamps to needy Americans, but refused to stop the promoting of food stamps to foreigners overseas at foreign embassies, and still gives money to Planned Parenthood, but leaves Americans hungry!! I guess they think killing babies and feeding Somalians is more important than feeding the hungry in America!!
