Hit & Run Victim Is Left With Mangled Legs

A young man riding a motorcycle was struck by a car that left him with two broken legs, a fractured wrist and a severe head wound near the Philippine city of Makati.
Witnesses claim that the car, a grey Station Wagon, made an illegal turn which caused the accident before promptly fleeing the scene.
