Fresh mango salsa is easy to make and perfect with any seafood, especially fish tacos.

Ingredients:
1 mango
1 tomato
1 stalk celery
Lime juice to taste
Red chili pepper to taste
Sea salt and white pepper to taste
100 ml olive oil

Preparation:
Peel and dice mango into small cubes.
Finely dice celery and chili. Cut tomatoes concasse. Mix all together and season to taste.
Add lime juice and olive oil.
