Odri-don a Japanese dish.

Odri-don is a Japanese dish which literally translates to “dancing squid and rice bowl”. Recently deceased Squid or cuttlefish will “dance” when soy sauce is poured over it. The reaction is an automatic response to the sodium chloride in the soy sauce. Even though the dead Squid may not have brain, its muscle cells are still intact.
