Bankruptcy claim: Felda demands apology

The Federal Land Development Authority (Felda) is demanding that Pakatan Keadilan Rakyat apologise and pay RM200 million in damages for the party organ's article claiming that the agency was bankrupt.
The letter of demand dated today was delivered to PKR as the newspaper's owner, the publisher Syarikat Pelita Koridor Sdn Bhd and printer Syarikat Percetakan NOOK Sdn Bhd listing both demands, giving them seven days to comply, failing which court action will follow.
