Wataniah corps not postal voters, EC tells PAS

The Election Commission today gave its assurance to Pakatan Rakyat representatives that members of the Territorial Army (Wataniah) corps to be set up in parliamentary constituencies will not become postal voters.
"We have received a clear guarantee from the EC chairman Abdul Aziz Yusof that for Wataniah. There will be no postal voting," said PAS secretary general Mustafa Ali.
