Why Do People Hate Markiplier & Nicole Arbour?

Nicole Arbour is apparently a film actor and Markiplier is a YouTube gamer. Shot in the dark, which person do you think would be more cool to hang with? Film actor? Or Gamer? Anyway, one is mostly known for their anti-fat people video, and another is known for their radio voice. can you figure out who Im talking about?
They both aim towards comedy it seems and are both hated by quite a few people online. but why?
Markiplier comes off as a channel focused on a younger audience while Nicole Arbours audience is. no idea actually. people who hate fat people? People with other strong opinions?
Anyway, naturally she disabled comments on her fat shaming video (ratings too) but that didnt stop her from hitting the news, twitter, Tumblr and even wind up in popular response YouTube videos.
